Comfort Home Care Agency (CHCA) is a certified healthcare service provider in Ohio. We hold certifications from both the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), enabling us to offer a wide range of services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Our services include Individual Options (I/O) waiver services, Level 1 waiver services, supported living services, non-medical transportation, behavior support, social work, and respite care.
